SHIPPING INFORMATION
We process orders Monday through Friday. Every order will be handled within 3 to 5 days of placement, and shipment will take place the day after processing is finished.
Our shipping period ranges from 10 to 15 days, so we ask for your patience while we update your logistics status.
Some of our products are fully handmade. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we need 1 to 2 weeks to complete their production, which may result in a longer delivery time than our standard schedule.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and processing time to clear your package, which may delay the expected delivery date.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders are delivered by the local postal service, so you can expect to receive your package with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the postal service will leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your order.
