Returns & Refund

Cancellation

Order cancellation is permitted prior to shipment or production commencement. All canceled orders qualify for a full refund. Cancellations will not be approved for orders that have already been dispatched.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging, and require valid proof of purchase. Returns to the manufacturer are not accepted.

Refunds

Following receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, we will notify you via email of refund approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days.

Late or Undelivered Refunds

If your refund has not been received, please review your bank account and contact your card issuer. If the issue persists, contact us at desk@havenforjoy.com. To obtain the return address, please email customer service.
